Reading Chapter V is required to anyone who decides to dabble with magic. I'll try to stay very close to the original setting, so I'll use the changes to basic D&D magic rules that can be found on pages 260 and up of the Character Guide and adapt PF spells in the same way. But the setting is hard on some schools of magic. So from my understanding by default, if a rule is updated to pathfinder, we use the pathfinder rule correct? There seems to be a lot of rules about magic (not sure if you plan to use all of them.), like necromancy spells taking non lethal damage and apparently healing people with magic depending on certain conditions have different effects.Magic in D&D e PF are almost the same. Still interested but like I said not too familiar with the setting, so reading what people are saying are the main differences between the iron kingdom and regular dnd/pathfinder, to see what kind of abilities/spells/etc are appropriate for the setting.
